Couplings are short fittings that are threaded with two female ends to enable the connection of two separate pipes or rods. This includes barrel, brass, hex head, hexagon rod, and both regular and large knurled couplings. Available is several Sizes and Thread Configurations. If the two ends of a coupling are different then it is usually referred to as an adapter.
