Bayonet Type Lamp Sockets

Bayonet sockets are a type of electrical connector used to connect light bulbs to fixtures. They are characterized by a cylindrical base with two pins or tabs that extend outwards from the bottom. The pins or tabs fit into corresponding slots in the light fixture, and are held in place by a twisting motion.

Bayonet sockets are available in a range of sizes, with the most common sizes being B22 and B15 where 22 and 15 refers to the diameter, in mm of the lamp base respectively
