Swivels - Swing Units
Swivels and Swing Units
Swivels provide adjustment between socket & lamp, allowing for adjusting lamp and light fixture angles and rotations without having to be repositioned within a room. Generally attached to either the base of a lamp or above the canopy of a fixture, swivels are essentially lighting parts that are made from two interconnected pieces that can rotate independently of each other. Once installed, lamp socket can be swiveled to 180 Degree, 90 Degree, or the best position for your tasks.
A lamp swing unit is a type of lighting fixture that features a rotating or swinging arm, which allows the light source to be adjusted to different angles and positions. The lamp swing unit typically consists of a base, an arm, a lamp socket, and a light bulb. The arm is attached to the base by a pivot, which allows it to rotate or swing, and the lamp socket is attached to the end of the arm. The light bulb is inserted into the lamp socket, and the whole unit can be adjusted to direct the light where it is needed. Lamp swing units are commonly used in task lighting applications, such as in reading lamps, desk lamps, and floor lamps. They provide a flexible and adjustable lighting solution that can be easily positioned to provide light where it is needed, while also adding a decorative aspect to the room.
